Working together with Advance Queensland, the Sunshine Coast Council will focus on hosting businesses located in the Sunshine Coast Regional Council Local Government Area with a limited opening to innovative businesses from across Queensland, who may have a service footprint for this region. This will form a dynamic platform for businesses to showcase their cutting-edge products, services and digital solutions.

Why exhibit?

A limited number of businesses will be offered the opportunity to participate in the Innovation Showcase providing innovators the opportunity to showcase products and services that provide solutions to public and private organisations.

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to:

• Demonstrate their innovative product or service to delegates who will be attending FWD>>>FEST 25
• Network with Sunshine Coast, SEQ, National and International decision makers
• Attend the conference sessions on DAY ONE of FWD>>>FEST 25
• This is a free opportunity for qualifying exhibitors
• Innovation Showcase exhibitors can apply to be part of the Procurement Pitch session and the Business Matching service (invitations to be forwarded)

Who will be there?

Delegates from small, medium, and large enterprises from an array of industries all focused on investigating and adopting new and innovative solutions to increase operational improvement.

What are we looking for?

Queensland based businesses with an innovative product or service they want to showcase to public and private sector organisations (a preference will be provided to Sunshine Coast based businesses).

Eligibility criteria and guidelines

• Must be an established business preferably with an in-market or market ready product or service
• The innovation should solve a problem primarily for public or private sector organisations
• There will be a preference for businesses located and registered within the Sunshine Coast Local Government Area
• This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) only. Exhibitors will then be selected by a panel and will be invited to participate in the showcase.
• Unsuccessful applicants will have the opportunity to exhibit as part of the Suppliers and Partners Showcase and a fee will be involved.
• Previous exhibitors are encouraged to submit an EOI for a new or significant solution not previously presented at FWD>>>FEST.
• You must be available to attend the FWD>>>FEST 25 on Wednesday 7th May

Your inclusion in the Innovation Showcase will provide you with a FWD>DAY ONE ticket for one representative (this does not include the opening FWD>KEYNOTE breakfast event). Tickets to the breakfast event and additional tickets for additional attendees can be purchased utilising the Early Bird Ticket price. Exhibitor only passes are available for venue access only (must be registered)
