An international executive and entrepreneur, Michelle has led innovation strategies for brands across fashion, sports, entertainment, and emerging tech. She has advised Fortune 500 companies including Netflix, Nike, Max Factor, and CoverGirl, and is a trusted voice helping executives and boards understand what’s next.
Michelle was named to the 2022 Power List by Marie Claire USA and featured in FORBES’ “Queens of Crypto”. Her insights have appeared in VOGUE, the LA Times, NBC, and more, spotlighting her expertise in Web3 and the future of brand engagement.
She is also the founder and host of the What Now podcast, where she interviews top leaders from brands like TIME, the NFL, MoonPay, Grammy winners, and Christie's. Michelle is an Industry Fellow and Board Advisor to the Queensland University of Technology: Graduate School of Business, and the co-founder of Women Who Innovate, a platform that has educated over 20,000 women and girls across Australia and North America on Web3 and emerging tech.
